Booking Policy

Appointments can be made via the booking link, social media or direct message.
During certain months of the year, a booking fee may be required to secure your appointment. Once paid, this fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

A skin test is required for all new colour clients, and for existing clients every 6 months or after any medical/health changes. No colour service will go ahead without a valid test.

Cancellations & rescheduling

If you need to cancel or amend your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.
Each appointment is individually reserved, and some services require up to six hours of allocated time. Late cancellations make it difficult to refill these appointments.

Parking

For all colour appointments, please ensure you park in an appropriate long-stay car park.
We are not responsible for any parking fines or penalties incurred.
There are several long-stay parking options located close by for your convenience.

Service Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important. If you have any concerns with your cut or colour, please contact me within 7 days and I will happily assess and make adjustments if needed.

Refunds are not offered on completed services, but I am committed to ensuring you love the final result.

Hair History & Colour Honesty

To ensure the best and safest results, you must disclose your full hair history, including:

  • Box dyes

  • Previous lightening

  • Keratin treatments

  • Colour corrections

  • Extensions

  • Medication or hormonal changes affecting hair

Failure to disclose accurate information may affect your results, the time required, and the final cost.

I reserve the right to refuse colour services if your hair condition or history makes the service unsafe or unsuitable.

Pricing Policy

All prices are from and may vary based on:

  • Hair length

  • Hair thickness

  • Time needed

  • Additional product required

Extra product charges may apply for services requiring extra bowls of colour or bleach.
Prices may be updated at any time.

Photography & Social Media

I love showcasing my work. Photos may be taken before and after your service, but only with your permission. No images will be used without consent. Please check your email booking confirmation for more information.

Allergies & Medical Conditions

Please inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or changes in health.

Certain services may not be suitable if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or undergoing medical treatment.

Privacy Policy (GDPR)

Your personal information is stored securely and used only for appointment management and communication.
Your details will never be shared with third parties.
You may request the removal of your data at any time.

Gift Vouchers (If Applicable)

  • Valid for 12 months from purchase

  • Non-refundable

  • Must be presented at the appointment

  • Cannot be replaced if lost

Children & Guests

For health, safety, and comfort, appointments are for clients only.
Please do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment.

Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal items.

While every care is taken, Emma Walker Hair is not liable for damage to clothing or belongings (e.g., colour transfer).
